Ohio Floodplain Management Handbook
   Our office has produced a basic manual for all Ohio floodplain managers. This loose leaf guide gives the floodplain manager a ready general reference manual. The Handbook contains models for an SFHA development permit, variance permit, & a short form elevation record.

Flood Insurance Claims Handbook
   Need help processing your flood damage claim? This brochure provides step-by-step guidance for individuals with flood insurance concerning how to file a claim.  The document was recently updated and revised in November 2006 to be more clear and easier to understand.  The publication was developed by and is directly available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
